How do I participate in SOS’s Referral Incentive Program?

Making a referral to SOS is easy; you can do it in one of two ways:

  1. Easily submit your referral online using our online form and we’ll contact your referral directly.
  2. Provide the referral information directly to Paula Hill by calling 817-922-9077.

Either way, you’ll still receive 100% of your referral rewards and eligibility for any current promotional offers.

How do I know if my referral meets SOS’s qualification criteria?

A referral lead is considered “Qualified” if your referral is a contact or decision maker at his or her company, fits within SOS’s target industries and geographies, and we can reference you by name. A referral lead is considered “Accepted” once a first meeting occurs with the referred party, a contract is signed with the new client, and a deposit received.

How is the referral payment calculated?

  1. The referral fee is calculated as ten to thirteen per cent (10-13%) of the net value of goods or services sold by SOS as a direct result of a referral.
  2. Net value excludes tax, postage and packaging, insurance, refunds and payments not honored by a financial institution.
  3. Subsequent sales of goods or services to the referred customer shall not be subject to a referral fee except where such subsequent purchase is the direct result of a repeat referral.

How and when do I receive payment on referrals?

SOS referral rewards are paid 30 days after the new client’s initial invoice is paid. Payment can be received as a check, PayPal payment, an invoice credit (for current SOS clients), or as a donation to the Tarrant Area Food Bank. You choose!
